Tri-Art Mfg. is seeking a creative professional for the position of Store Manager at its flagship retail location, Art Noise.

The store manager will be responsible for management of all day-to-day operations of the store, including, but not limited too:

• Providing exceptional customer support
• Managing inventory and floor stock
• Providing guidance and leadership to staff including: 
• communicating with staff on daily tasks and upcoming/long-term projects and goals
• Ongoing training in product knowledge, systems training, and theft prevention/security

• Maintaining retail website, updating/adding products. Working with sales and shipping to ensure orders are fulfilled.
• Working with our education and community partners to meet their needs

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years retail experience including experience in management positions and will have a demonstrated interest in art/creative pursuits and an interest in the art materials industry. 

Candidates will also have

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to problem solve and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Time management skills and the ability to multi-task
• Strong leadership skills including the ability to delegate
