Bio:

Erin grew up in the small village of Yarker, Ontario. Living so close to nature fueled her love for the environment and her passion for helping others. Over the years she funneled her passion for nature into creating sustainable items for herself and others. Erin began running her small business Erin's Eco Adventure in 2019 and since then she's turned from making small batches of soap to running an artisan and refillery store in her hometown called Lake and Forest Collective, all while teaching herself to sew. Erin uses only second hand fabric to create her bags, hats and bunting\garland as well as sheep's wool for a stuffing alternative. Her goal is to keep good textiles out of landfills and to turn them into something that will be loved for a long time.

Statement:

Erin's tote bags are made from upholstery fabric off cuts, bed sheets and project scraps that have out lived their original purpose. Her goal with creating these bags is to keep good textiles out of landfills while creating beautiful and functional accessories. All of her bags are designed by her and are 1-3 of a kind.
