Tri-Art Non-Stick Palette

7278

Tri-Art Non-Stick Palette is easy to clean and practical, making it an essential addition to your acrylic painting equipment.

  • The ideal working surface for acrylic paints, its flat, white surface provides a bright surface for clear colour mixing. It is lightweight, easy to store and will not warp or crack over time.
  • This re-usable palette is an economical and environmental alternative to disposable, metal, wood or plastic palettes.
  • Tri-Art Acrylic products do not adhere permanently to the Tri-Art Non-Stick Palette, therefore once the paint has dried on the surface, it will peel cleanly away. Any remaining paint can be removed from the palette using the accumulated leftover paint as an eraser. Thinner films and stubborn remnants can be rubbed off with either a palette knife or warm water and a sponge.
  • Use the peeled-off leftover paint for collage and texturing, or to create acrylic gel transfers and acrylic skins.

Great palette

Works as advertised, so I’m pleased with my purchase. If the paint is too thin, it doesn’t peel off as easily, but I use sticky tape and it comes off cleanly.

Very Sticky Palette

Bought the largest size and used once. My Golden paints stuck to the palette like glue. Took days to dry as they ended up like a gooey mess under the skin so no way to 'peel' them off. Eventually tried scrapping the paint off but that just made a huge mess of little flakes and still couldn't get the majority off.

Used it once to make an acrylic skin. It was the most difficult skin I’ve ever pulled off a non stick surface. It didn’t tear, just super suctioned stuck. I really had to use muscle to get it off. Also, this non stick pallet made the skin a little sticky and took almost 3 days to dry. Same paints as usual. I washed the pallet n noticed a few small matte streaks. A week or so later and the thing is warped!!! I literally used it 3 times! Return policy is useless too.
