Drawing Animals with Floriana Ehninger-Cuervo

Animal lovers, this one's for you! Working in dry media, you will be led through creating studies of our most prevalent furry and feathered friends. 

We will cover species defining features and poses, and how to approach tricky things like all-black fur, or wings in motion. 

Cat, dogs, and birds are very broad categories, and we will not be able to cover every variation - this is why, for the last class of each course, students are encouraged to provide reference photos of their own pets or animals of interest.

This course is broken down into 3 animal-specific 4-week classes so participants can pick and choose which animals they'd like to learn about, or sign up for the full 12 weeks! Advanced registration fee for the full 12 weeks is priced at a discount rate.

 Students are encouraged to bring their own pencils, white eraser, kneaded eraser, sketchbook (11x14) to be able to continue practicing outside of class; Art Noise will provide the rest of the supplies and will have some dry media on hand.

Bird-focused Sessions: Tuesdays, June 2nd - 23rd

Full session: Tuesdays, April 7th - June 23rd

Please note! Art Noise requires a minimum of 4 participants to run any class or workshop. Classes or workshops that do not hit the minimum participant requirement will be cancelled with a 72 hour notice. 

100% refunds will only be given if the cancellation is made up to 7 days (1 week) prior to the class/workshop start date, and no refunds will be given less than 1 week prior to the start of class. However the option to transfer to another class (if space available) or store credit will be offered instead. If a participant missed the class/workshop without prior notice, Art Noise reserves the right to deny a class transfer or store credit to compensate for materials purchased and Instructor wages.
