Cobalt Green, a single pigment paint, is probably the closest paint we have that could be called a Kelly Green. Cobalt Green is opaque but only has a moderate tinting strength so it is easily altered to go warmer or cooler depending on your palette. If tinting with white alone, it will take on a cool minty shade.
