Orders are shipped via Canada Post, at the rate selected at checkout. Rates are calculated based on weight and package size.

We offer free shipping on orders over $150*.

*excluding large canvas sizes and orders which include solvents or aerosols

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days.

International shipping is available at checkout. International orders are shipped via UPS. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, we do not offer free shipping on international orders. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to the EU at this time.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Art Noise does not offer refunds or exchange for original fine art purchased in our gallery.  If the artwork is damaged in shipping, we will work with you on a per-case basis to resolve the issue.
