Experience how the practice of therapeutic arts can promote intuitive creativity, stimulate personal reflection, and build meaningful connections with others. Through a series of 6 sessions, the purpose of this course is not about WHAT you create, rather, it’s all about

letting go, getting curious about the process and exploring HOW it makes you feel. Integrating extemporaneous art/mark-making with mindful intention and honest reflection, Brandon Liesen (Certified Therapeutic Arts Practitioner) will guide the group through enlightening projects using a variety of themes and mindful art prompts that will gently engage your creativity, curiosity and emotional awareness.

From the very first session, Brandon will aim to create a sense of belonging and group identity which will serve as a foundation of respect and compassion so everyone can feel seen, heard and appreciated. No art experience is necessary...all that is required is your open heart and mind.

Registration Details: 6 weeks, 2 hour sessions; ages 18+

Please note! Art Noise requires a minimum of 4 participants to run any class or workshop. Classes or workshops that do not hit the minimum participant requirement will be cancelled with a 72 hour notice.

100% refunds will only be given if the cancellation is made up to 7 days (1 week) prior to the class/workshop start date, and no refunds will be given less than 1 week prior to the start of class, however the option to transfer to another class (if space available) or store credit will be offered instead. If a participant missed the class/workshop without prior notice, Art Noise reserves the right to deny a class transfer or store credit to compensate for materials purchased and Instructor wages.
