Impossible À Aimer is a response to the incessant comments the artist received about how she must be difficult, even impossible, to love. By thumbing her nose at such remarks, she found the inspiration for the album title. The new opus offers a refreshing collection of songs, which feature (but are not limited to) the sounds of disco, and where the timeless theme of tormented love always finds its way into the music. Highlights include the sober “Le monopole de la douleur,” where Cœur de pirate sings in confidence about mutual pain; the debut single “On s’aimera toujours”; and “Une chanson brisée,” where she returns to the flow and melodic patterns of her early work. On Impossible à aimer, Cœur De Pirate approaches music with the composure of a liberated thirtysomething.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post, at the rate selected at checkout. Rates are calculated based on weight and package size.

We offer free shipping on orders over $150*.

International shipping is available at checkout. International orders are shipped via UPS. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, we do not offer free shipping on international orders. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to the EU at this time.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Art Noise does not offer refunds or exchange for original fine art purchased in our gallery.  If the artwork is damaged in shipping, we will work with you on a per-case basis to resolve the issue.
